Social Media Manager (YouTube & Instagram)
This role is focused on launching, managing, and growing our YouTube and Instagram channels.
Responsibilities include:
Developing a clear content strategy
Repurposing long-form teachings into short-form video content
Posting consistently across platforms
Helping create a sustainable rhythm for growth and engagement
Ideal experience:
Strong understanding of YouTube and Instagram
Experience repurposing long-form video into short-form clips
Ability to work independently and make sound content decisions
We are a mission-driven spiritual organization offering online teachings, live programs, and sacred journeys rooted in authentic yogic traditions.
As our work continues to grow, we’re seeking skilled, self-directed contractors to support the operational, creative, and outreach sides of our online programs. These roles are best suited for people who enjoy both structure and meaning—who can work independently, communicate clearly, and take pride in helping meaningful work reach others.
All roles listed below are contract-based, remote, and flexible, with the intention of building long-term working relationships. We will begin with a short trial period to ensure mutual alignment.
Open Roles
Operations & Kajabi Virtual Assistant
This is an ongoing role supporting our online programs from creation through launch and delivery.
Responsibilities include:
Building program landing pages in Squarespace
Creating and organizing online classrooms in Kajabi
Setting up marketing emails and basic automations in Kajabi
Helping manage our inbox and responding to participant emails
Proactively improving systems and workflows
Ideal experience:
Intermediate to advanced experience with Kajabi or comparable online teaching platforms (such as Teachable, Thinkific, Podia, LearnDash, etc.)
Confidence learning new platforms quickly and independently
Strong working knowledge of Squarespace or similar website builders, with the ability to adapt easily
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
Time commitment:
Approximately 10 hours per week to start, with increased hours around live programs.
Graphic Designer (Canva-based)
This role focuses on visual assets for our online programs and communications.
Responsibilities include:
Program and event banners
Landing page graphics
Kajabi classroom visuals
Email graphics
Social media templates
Ideal experience:
Strong Canva skills
Clean, consistent design sensibility
Ability to follow brand direction while elevating visual quality
This role may be project-based or ongoing, depending on fit and availability.

These are contractor roles (not employee positions).
Hours are flexible and will increase during program launches.
You may apply for one role or multiple roles, depending on your skills.
Experience with spiritual, wellness, or retreat-based organizations is a bonus, but not required.
